PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products listed in our catalogs and website are warranted by Edubioskills against defects in material and workmanship. Edubioskills liability is expressly limited to the replacement of defective items. This warranty doesn't extend beyond one year of purchase or the time period marked on the merchandise , nor beyond the outline or instruction included with the merchandise . Edubioskills won't be responsible for any personal injury, property, and consequential or incidental damage of any kind arising from the utilization or storage of the products.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
As a part of our continued efforts to enhance the standard of our products, some items supplied may differ from the catalog specification. We reserve the right to vary the specification of our products without notification.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Unless specified by the customer, we shall use the foremost economical and suitable method available to ship your order. If you need any special shipping and handling, please notify us when placing an order. Hazardous materials are charged a handling fee.
RETURNS
You can return products that are damaged or defective on delivery, or correct any shortages or delivery errors; you want to contact our Customer Service within 15 days of receiving the products. Customer Service will offer you return authorization and directions on returning the products and on replacements. You must return any such products not later than 30 days after you've been provided return authorization. If you are not doing so, contact us within the initial 15-day period or return the merchandise after return authorization,the products are going to be deemed accepted, but you'll not lose any warranty rights.
Not all items are going to be authorized for return, thanks to temperature and packing requirements. Items authorized for return must reach our facilities during a state satisfactory for resale to be eligible for product credit.
Return requests for reasons other than specified above will be at the discretion of Edubioskills; and a restocking fee not less than 20% of the product value will be assessed provided that returned product arrives at our facilities in a state satisfactory for resale.
Credits and Refunds
For any properly returned products, at our discretion, we may replace the products freed from charge, issue a product credit or refund for the merchandise value and shipping charges. No product credit is going to be available to be used if an overdue balance is outstanding on the account. Any product credit not used within six (6) months of the date of issue will expire.
